1969 - 2018
Larry Anthony Mercado, 48, died quietly in his home on January 14, 2018. Anthony grew up in Sacramento/Fair Oaks, CA., where he attended school. Welding and Millwright was his career choice. His hobbies were building computers, gaming and off road driving in the famous blue Jeep.
He was met in heaven by his grand-parents, Ida & Eugene Alexander of Richfield, Idaho, Engleberto Mercado of Sacramento, CA.; his Aunt Rosalea Beckmon and Uncles Ronald Beckmon, Samuel Mercado, and Billy Miller, close family friend Rick Kearney and cousins Rebecca Escobar, Tom Alexander and Ronald Leroy (Ronny) Beckmon.
Anthony is survived by his parents, Larry and Ida Joyce Mercado of Layton, Utah; his brothers Michael Mercado and David (Jamie) Mercado; his precious Grandmother Rita Mercado and a huge and loving family too numerous to list.
Anthony will be remembered for his unwavering belief in GOD, his gentle spirit and great love of family.
Donations can be made in his name to St. Philomene’s Catholic School, Sacramento, CA.
A memorial service will be held in Sacramento, CA on a date to be announced at a later time.
