Laura Lou Nelson's Obituary
Laura Lou Hamblin Nelson peacefully passed away October 1, 2016. She was born May 22, 1932 in Lyman WY to William and Verona (Brown) Hamblin. She married Norman D. Nelson of Phoenix Az on July 27, 1953 In the LDS Salt Lake City UT Temple. Laura Lou attended Brigham Young High School and Brigham Young University both in Provo Utah. Laura’s greatest love was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loves the Lord and followed him with exactness. Laura was always serving others and giving of herself. Laura was very empathetic and had a great sense of humor. She made everyone feel that they were most important. To everyone she was their Grandma Lou.
She was preceded in death by Her son Norman Scott, her daughter Nancy Lou, sisters Barbara Dutson Macafferty, Beth Sadler, Zola Hamblin and her brother Kenneth Hamblin.
She is survived by her husband Norman D. Nelson, Her 4 children Kenneth (Jana) Nelson,
Michael (Linda) Nelson, Becky (Nick) Galloway, Heidi (Brad) Higginson.

Funeral services will be held on Monday October 3rd,2016 2:00pm at LDS ward building 3050 Mojave Lane, Provo UT 84604 With a viewing the 1:00pm
