Lauren Sharee Martinez's Obituary
Lauren Sharee Martinez, a radiant daughter, sister, mother, granddaughter, auntie, and friend, gained her angel wings on December 10th, 2024. Born on July 16th, 1988, Lauren lit up every room she entered with her infectious smile, boundless energy, and unwavering kindness.
From a young age, Lauren's voice captivated audiences. Whether winning competitions or belting out tunes at family gatherings, her music brought joy to all who heard it.
Always the fashionista, Lauren took pride in her flawless hair, nails, and makeup. This passion led her to become a certified lip injection technician, opening her own business, Dream Lips By Lo.
Lauren graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health. But her greatest achievements were her sons, Caden, Christian, and Carter. They were her "why," and she showered them with an unconditional love that knew no bounds.
Along with her three sons, Lauren leaves behind her loving partner, Sam Pherinta; parents: mother, Christy Serrano (stepdad Chris Serrano); father, Michael Martinez Sr.; sister, Alexis Martinez; brother, Michael Martinez Jr. (sis-in-law Adriana Martinez); stepbrothers, Christopher and Nick Serrano; grandparents Steve and Lena Martinez; her BFF who was always by her side, Jessica Garcia Martinez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Her legacy is preceded in death by her great-grandmothers, Molly Pacheco and Lita Andrew; grandparents, Henry and Pauline "Nana" Valdez; Uncle Paul Valdez; and Cousin Dustin Vallejos.
A celebration of Lauren's life will be held on Wednesday, December 18th at Premier Funeral Services (67 East 8000 South, SLC, UT). A viewing will take place from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a service. A graveside interment at Elysian Burial Gardens (1075 East 4580 S, SLC, UT) will follow the service.
