I am so sorry for the sudden loss of Laurie. She was such a vibrant, positive, intelligent and caring person. As a lawyer coming up behind Laurie, she was always generous with her time and sound advice. She will be missed by many. Fondly, Laura
I didn't get to know Laurie long, but because we shared some beautiful experiences, our connection was a deeply human-heart to human-heart one. "Parting is such sweet sorrow" sorrowful in that all separation is sorrowful, but sweet that I was blessed to know her at all. My sincere sympathies to all her family and friends. Respectfully, Dennis Mckinney Provo, Utah.
Laurie served on our Board of Trustees for Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation for several years. We were thrilled to have her! Her witty candor was a welcome addition and it was always a pleasure to be with her. My condolences to your family.
My heart goes out to Laurie's family. She's been an inspiration in my life since we first met while working for Leo Jardine over 30 years ago. She's always been there for me - and for my mother. I will always remember her sense of humor, quick wit and genuine concern for others. As one of the most intelligent women I've ever known, I feel blessed to have been her friend. Until we meet again, she will remain in my heart. With love, Deb Cox
My heart is very sad to hear of Laurie's passing. She was a great friend to me and guided me through a very hard time in my life. I loved her fun spirit and enjoyed many trips with her. My love and sympathy goes out to her wonderful family. I will keep her in my heart .

To Laurie's family: Laurie was a kind, compassionate, wise, smart, keenly-witty individual who I am proud to call my friend. I got to know Laurie, who was a good friend of my sister Paula Harrison. As a result of that close friendship, Laurie came to most of Paula's family events through the years, and I was fortunate to get to know her and call her my friend too. She was just so endearing. I spent Superbowl night with her and she gave me a sideline commentary. It was a delightful experience. May her family find peace and know that she made a huge contribution in this life. Sincerely, Pam Blackham
I worked with Laurie for almost 10 years at CNM. What an amazing person and friend.... and so much fun. The diagnosis was devastating and I hated to see what she had to endure which she did with great strength. I am so grateful that she is not suffering anymore. She will be missed. Please know that she has lots of prayers still going her way.
