Lavon Eric Michael Anderson's Obituary
Lavon Eric Anderson died peacefully in Layton UT on November 22, 2014 at the age of 61. Lavon was born on July 12, 1953 in Price Utah to Clyde and Brocinia Anderson. He married and later divorced, they had 3 wonderful children together. A few years later he met the love of his life, Donnette Burrows and they spent 17 years together sharing a home in Layton. He worked for years in the coal mine industry and later became a truck driver until retirement. To those that knew him best, he was given the nickname “Gentle Ben”. Lavon is survived by Donnette Burrows, his children Eric (Kellie) Anderson, Kelsey (Melissa) Anderson, and Ashlee (Jesse) Anderson. He is also survived by his sister Patricia-Kay Thomas, his brother Chris (Karen) Anderson and his Uncle Hal Anderson. He had 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, and one of his dearest lifelong friends Sam Trujillo. He has requested to be cremated and to have his remains taken back home to Price. This will take place in the spring of 2015.
