I worked with Larry when he work in toys at Walmart. From day one we got along. I was a few years out of high school and was quite tall for a female. I joked that I was on my high schools miniature golf team and he believed me and it was our inside joke ever since. He never could get my name right even though he knew my name. He was the grandpa I never had. We had so many talks and laughs. Even in his last months, He and sandy would go shopping in my current store and he would pay me a visit. He was always a gentleman and was the sweetest man. His visits always made my day!!!!My condolences to his family and close friends. Larry! You’re my hero I want to be a little more like you when I grow up!
