Larry was my childhood dentist and was one of my father's finest friends. I was never afraid to go to the dentist as a child because Larry was my dad's hunting buddy. After we kids had visited our dentist he and dad would often settle up with a custom order of hunting arrows that dad would carefully hand craft for Larry with his personal crest. Larry always had a very kind manner, and there was also the anticipation of what toy you might get to choose from his office treasure chest.
To his wife and family I express my deepest sympathies at his passing, but also rejoice knowing of the beautiful reunion he is experiencing on the other side of the veil. Larry is an amazing man and I count myself fortunate to have known him.
I have dozens of memories from the hunting and shooting stories dad shared with us, his children, that feature he and Larry's times together. May we all live to learn to love like this and treasure our lifelong friendships that may endure into the eternities.
