Lezann was my mother. She was always kind and thoughtful. She still guides me even now, I always share my memories with her to my friends and other loved ones in my life. I am 22 now, this upcoming year turning 23, and I still miss her so dearly. There are so many things that I will never get to experience with her physically, but I know she is watching my spiritually. I love you mommy, I always will.
Lezann was my very first employer in the US. She had faith in me and gave more than a job. I will be forever grateful to her. I was searching for her information online and saw her obituary. I am so sad. I wish I saw her before she left this world. She was sweet and thoughtful lady. She definitely changed my life for the better. You will always be remembered. -Olya

I worked for Lezann at the Marriott. She helped me through many hard times, dealing with life at university, the work environment at the library, and through going to graduate school. She always encouraged me to do my best, be precise, and to be a librarian. In some ways, I have her to thank for pushing me into librarianship, as she gave me the space and time to be myself and explore what it meant to be myself while working in a library institution. We didn't talk after I left the Marriott as I moved onto other things, but I will always have her memories, her birthday cards, and even the Gandalf she gave me for being her wizard man! I'm sorry I didn't marry her step-son like she wanted, but it's never too late... I wish health, happiness, and security on her family no that she has passed on.
