Marlena was a dear friend to me for many years. Due to her age difference, one might think she was like another "bonus" mother to me, but in truth I thought of her more as a sister. We had so many great laughs, and were there to support each other emotionally through some tough times. She had such a bright, feisty spirit. I'll miss her dearly and cherish memories of her for all my life.
