Linda Lee McIntyre Carter
October 4,1940 – September 29, 2021
Our much-loved beautiful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend Linda Lee McIntyre Carter has joined our heavenly family September 29, 2021.
Linda is survived by her son Michael G (Nikki) Carter, daughter Tamera L Podschweit, her beloved grandchildren; Amanda Langi, Spencer Langi, Brittany Chidester, Clinton Mark Terry, Shane (Brianna) Carter, Tasha Carter, Anna Carter, Lindsey Podschweit and 5 great grandchildren and her sisters Margaret (Robert) Voyles, Phyllis McIntyre, Sarah (Lloyd) Evans.
Proceeded in death by her loving husband Lindsay John Carter, daughter Catherin E Carter, son Lindsay J Carter Jr, grandson Chris Carter, father Glen B McIntyre and mother Ellen Sarah Jack McIntyre, brother Glen (Sharon) McIntyre, sisters, Carol (Wayne) Anderson, Marilyn (Odell) Sanders, and Sharon (Bob)Martinez.
Linda was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and Graduated from Granite High School, She was a Navy wave, studied at the University of Utah. Linda retired from the State of Utah as a Tax compliance agent. She was a member of the LDS church. She raised her children in Kearns, Utah and she was member of the Eagles Lodge and, NAMI Salt Lake City chapter. She loved to square dance and spend time with friends and family. Linda had an infectious laugh and made people happy wherever she went. After her husband passed away, she moved to Montgomery Illinois and made many new friends. She returned to Bountiful Utah and lived at Heritage Place for the last 3 years. Linda will be missed by all those who loved her.
