Linda Jean Fuhriman's Obituary
Linda Jean Fuhriman, 85, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025, surrounded by family. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will always be remembered as a being willing to help others.
Linda’s Jean’s hobbies included sewing; she sewed for herself and her children making many beautiful pieces. Linda earned an award while in high school for her talent in a “wool sewing” contest and was on the dance team. She enjoyed jewelry making in her spare time as well as shopping and spending time with family.
Linda Jean was born on January 11 1940 in Fallon Nevada, daughter of DeMar Woodrow Brimhall and Therma Smith. She grew up as the second of three children with an older brother and a younger sister. She graduated from Murray High School.
Linda Jean was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served faithfully in many callings including the Primary, Relief Society, Cub Scouts, and Young Women’s which was her favorite. She loved working with the youth.
Linda Jean married Kim Ray Fuhriman on March 19,1988 and were later sealed in the Logan LDS Temple attended by family and friends. Linda and Kim have enjoyed 37 years of marriage with love and many adventures including traveling, cruising, jewelry and home decorating.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents (DeMar Woodrow and Therma Smith Brimhall) and son Gary Lee Sears. Linda Jean is survived by her husband Kim Ray Fuhriman and siblings Larry (Cheryl) Brimhall and Judy (Chuck) Young, children: Cassie (Lynn) Thomas, Mark DeMar Sears, Diane (Scott) Workman, step children Jeff (Kara) Fuhriman, Stephanie (Jason) Mounteer and Lisa (Marissa) Smith-Haeys, with 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren of whom she loved so much.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 24th at 11am, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day-Saints, 700 East 7500 South, Midvale, Utah. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday September 24th from 10 to 10:45am.
