Linda Lou Thomson Darley's Obituary
Linda Lou Thomson Darley sadly passed away February 1, 2025
surrounded by family and friends.
She was born March 10th 1945 in Ogden, Utah the eldest daughter of
Orville Leroy "Lee" Thomson and Lorraine S. Loe Pettingill. She was
confirmed in the Trinity Lutheran Church of Layton Utah.
Linda was married to Lawrence Dalton Watkins May 15 1963. They had
3 daughters Launa Watkins Peer, and Joy Watkins. She later remarried
Larry Lloyd Darley March 1 1969 and they had a son, Lance Darley.
Linda is survived by 3 of her children, 1 sibling Leanne Boyle, 11
grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
And was proceeded in death by her husband, parents, brother Larry
Thomson and daughter Justina Watkins.
Honorable mentions are given to her aunt Marlys Loe, nephew Colton
Thomson, all her greats and grandchildren and their friends she helped
raise. Also her loving neighbors and Friends.
We have all loved grandmas house either for horseback riding, the
trampoline, bonfires, and of course the Easter egg hunt she loved so
dearly.
The celebration of life will be held at the local church house located at
5000 south 5900 west Hooper, UT on February 21st at 3 pm.
