Linda Erna Pawlowski Powell's Obituary
Linda Erna Pawlowski Powell, our sweet, loving mother and grandmother passed away in the arms of her grandson, Eric, in her home on December 11, 2021.
She was born June 5, 1940 in American Fork, Utah to Friedrich Pawlowski and Emma Borkowski. She enjoyed the love and friendship of 13 brothers and sisters. She graduated from American Fork High School. She moved to New York City to be a nanny for a year.
Linda married Eugene Reece Powell of Lehi, Utah on October 28, 1960 in the Salt Lake Temple. She worked as an assembly-line worker for 35 years ending her retirement at BD Medical.
Her family will miss her cute, spunky personality and her thankfulness.
Linda is survived by her children, Stephen R. (Lenore), Julie (Rick) Perkins, and Shauna (John) Powell-Roll; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marge of Riverton, Utah and Marie of Arizona; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen of Orem, Utah, and many extended family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband and 11 brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 18th, 1:30 pm at Premier Funeral Services, 67 E 8000 So, Midvale, Utah, with a viewing prior to services from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Interment, Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3100 E. 7800 So. Salt Lake City, Utah.
