Linda will live on in my memory as one of the most selfless, caring, generous and above all loving persons in my life. She loved the little things in life, notably little children; but most of all she loved her family! She was so proud of Wendi, Jamie, Kelli and Brandon and loved being around her grandchildren; she would beam when telling stories of them.
Linda came into my life and the lives of my girls when she was needed the most. She was always willing to help with my girls after school when I couldn’t be there, giving them a ride home, but more importantly giving them a soft place to land,a warm heart and a listening ear.
Once when filling papers out at Butler Elementary, I listed Linda as an emergency contact for my girls and was told Linda was listed as more students emergency contact than any other person! She could be counted on in good times and bad.
Linda loved to walk and loved to stop and chat. I hope she is enjoying her walk right now enshrouded by the love and care she so selflessly earned!
