Lindee Elizabeth Armstrong's Obituary
Lindee Elizabeth Armstrong left her earthly struggles behind on Friday, September 13th. She was 47 years old, much too young to leave us all behind. Lindee was born in Payson, Utah on March 8th, 1977 to Dick and Susan Jex Armstrong. She was the blue-eyed girl they had been waiting for.
Lindee’s education began at Santaquin Elementary School where she made lifetime friends. She was a happy and friendly girl that everyone loved. She then went on to Payson Jr. High and Payson High School. Lindee’s main job in life was being a mom. Her main focus was always her children, Kayden, Karson, and London. She was very proud of their accomplishments and pushed them to do their best in everything they did. When it came to sports, you could not find a more proud or supportive mother. She spent 20 years hauling all three kids to baseball and softball games and tournaments, logging thousands of miles across the state. Low-budget motels and ballpark burgers became the norm. Stinky cleats, filthy uniforms, and dirty socks were an everyday chore. Above all else, she was their greatest fan.
Kayden adds - God gained a new angel the day his mother passed. Her soul will be deeply missed by all of her loved ones. He says that it is a fact that she loved and cherished her entire family, especially her children. He continued by saying that his mother was very gentle and one of the most kind-hearted mothers, daughter, sister, aunt, and grandmother. Her grandson, Deegan, was the light of her life. Kayden finished by saying that his mother was the best listener he knew. Whenever he had any kind of news, good or bad, his mother was the first person he wanted to know. She would have done anything for her children at any time.
Lindee is survived by her children Kayden (ShaNece) Armstrong, Karson Farnsworth, and London Armstrong. Her parents, Dick Armstrong and Susan Jex Armstrong. Her Grandson, Deegan Farnsworth. Her brothers, Justin Armstrong and Eric Armstrong. Her nephews, Dylan Armstrong and Mack Armstrong.
Funeral services will be as follows - A viewing will be held on Monday, September 23rd from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the LDS Church, located at 90 S. 200 E. in Santaquin, Utah. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 24th at 11:00 am. at the Santaquin City Cemetery, 100 E. 300 S. Santaquin, Utah.
Lindee - You will forever live in our hearts. You will always be young. You will always be beautiful. You will always, in spirit, be my “Ballpark Buddy”.
-Love Mom
