Lisa Phillips Castillo was born May 24, 1963 in Chico, California to Wendy Diana Cooper and Eber Ernest Phillips.
Lisa was a people person and enjoyed talking to people. This made her great at working as a waitress.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Castillo; mother, Wendy Diana Cooper; sister, Tonia Randall; brother, Dirk Phillips; and sister, Michelle Garcia.
She is preceded in death by her son, Devan; father, Eber Ernest Phillips; step-father, Ron Cooper; father-in-law, Lupe Castillo; and mother-in-law, Virginia Velasquez.
Lisa will be deeply missed, including by her dog Bella (woof woof). Her son, Devan, will welcome her with open arms as he needed her more than we did.
