1969-2017
Our beloved Lorraine passed away peacefully on January 8, 2017. She was born March 4, 1969 to
Phillip and Phyllis Tatum in San Bernardino, California. She graduated from Hillcrest High School in Midvale Utah and worked in the medical field as a CNA.
Survived by Travis Welch her loving husband of 9 years, two children Kendra and Zachary Bleak, and four siblings Ben, Lonnie, David and April.
Open house / memorial service will be held Saturday January 14, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. To 5:00 p.m., service will be held from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Location: Romney Plaza, 475 East 900 South, Salt Lake City. Parking on surrounding streets and Liberty Park across from the Romney Plaza.
