Lucille Faye Lund's Obituary
Lucille Faye Taylor Lund returned to her Father in Heaven on April 22nd 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Lucille was born in Montpelier Idaho on June 23rd 1938. At age 7 Lucy became legally blind. Despite her disability, Lucy raised her 5 children on her own. She lived in Elko Nevada, Saint George Utah, and in Utah County during her life. She graduated from Dixie College, and then on to BYU where she completed her Bachelors Degree at age 45. She was an incredible example of faith, humility and Christ-like love, and an inspiration to all who knew her. She was an incredible daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. We will always cherish her wise and gentle words, her smile and her laughter. Her parents Louis Milton Taylor and Thelma Marie Hansen Taylor, and her sister Barbara MacNaughton precede Lucy in death. She is survived by her siblings Jean Bruderer, Dale Taylor, John Taylor, Carol Rowley and Michael Taylor. She leaves behind 5 children Jeff Lund, Bob (Lisa) Lund, Lori (Gene) Strozzi, Eddy Lund, Dan (Jodi) Lund and 11 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services to be held on Wednesday April 27th at 1:00 p.m. 9475 Mustang way, Eagle Mountain, Utah, a viewing will be held the night before from 6 to 8 p.m. same location.
