Lynda Kay Schmich's Obituary
Lynda Kay Schmich, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 18th, 2022, in South Ogden, Utah. Lynda was born March 27, 1940, in Brigham City, Utah to Rhoda Orinda Bronson and George Arthur Stokes.
Lynda married Paul J Schmich and together they had four children, Richard Fielder, Sherry Ritch, Paul Schmich, and Pamerla Ferrin. Lynda enjoyed a particularly close relationship with her daughter, Pam, whom she lived with for many years before her passing, and Pam’s daughter, Amanda, who always acted in Lynda’s best interest despite the challenges that this presented. Pam and Lynda were inseparable and were loved by everyone who had the fortune of knowing them both. Lynda loved selflessly and would give anything to see her loved ones be happy.
Lynda was proceeded in death by her parents, sister Marilyn, and son, Rick Fielder. She is survived by her children, Paul, Sherry, and Pam, granddaughter Amanda Throssell (Reeder) and Amber Mish (Schmich), grandson Jason Schmich, great-granddaughters Allie Hess, Lexie Hess, and great-grandson Race Hess, whom she adored spending time with, and many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
A private service will be held on December 30th, 2022, for close friends and family. Condolences may be made to Premier Funeral Services.
