Lynette Hanson Flaherty's Obituary
Lynette Hanson Flaherty, 65, returned home to her Heavenly Father on March 10, 2016. Her final days were spent surrounded in body and mind by her loved ones, both family and friends. Her spirit fought her physical form for far longer than the world of medicine thought possible and she left this life on her own terms. She was even able to share one last vibrant story with her pride and joy, her grandson, before she embarked on her next great adventure. She will always be with us, yet she will be sorely missed until we meet again.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Damien Harrison; her grandson, Andreas Harrison; her brothers and sister-in-laws, Steve and Joyce Hanson, Glen and Margaret Hanson, Ray and Beverly Hanson, and Reed and Etta Hanson; and a multitude of beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her son, "JJ" Flaherty; her parents, Lynn Raymond and Isabelle Jane Hanson; her sisters, Rita and Ruth Hanson; her eldest brother, Bruce Hanson; and several cherished pets that she would want mentioned.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2016, at the LDS Chapel located at 8539 South 2200 West, West Jordan, UT, 84088.
