Madge Lee Christensen
March 24, 1942 – June 10, 2017
Madge moved on peacefully from this world at her home surrounded by her loved ones, reuniting into the light with her mother and father Salvia and William Lee; sisters Karma, Shirley, Raima and Ethel; brothers Levar and Bruce; and sons Marten, Danny, Dennis and Zane.
Madge loved her children more than anything; she raised her three boys and three girls on her own. Madge had a big heart and opened her door to many surrogate children who all called her mom. Though she had little in the way of money she was rich in love and family. She had a large family and always had a full house. You could always go to Mom’s knowing there would be a hot cup of coffee, a listening ear, and life wisdom to share.
Madge will be deeply missed by her sister Beverly and brother Bud; her beloved children: Georgia Ray, Mike & Susan Christensen, Lisa Christensen, Cathy Wardle and Linda Christensen; grandchildren: Bridgett & Jason Lowe, Mathew Christensen, Michael Hanson, Amy Ray, Rebeca Pendley, Andrew Christensen, Eric Ray, Adam Christensen, Elizabeth Christensen, Jacob Christensen Amanda & Nathan Young, Patrick Christensen Anthony Christensen, Maxwell Christensen, Tayler Christensen, Nicole Christensen and 29 great-grandkids.
