Madison Rey Johnson's Obituary
Our beautiful daughter Madison Rey Johnson passed away July 9th, 2020 at 16 years old.
She passed away at home, with her family, after a year-long battle with metastatic Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma Cancer. She suffered through very aggressive treatments to treat a rare, very aggressive cancer; with positivity, smiles and industriousness. She fought hard until the very end. She was determined to live. She lived far longer than anyone expected.
Madison had such a big presence and such a big personality. She was a role model for so many. She brought so much vibrancy to our life. Madi was hilarious, witty and full of fun. The sass on that girl was strong. She dealt with all the hard things with, smiles, laughs, humor and sarcasm. Madi had the strongest of wills and determination. She had her whole life planned and organized. She wanted to be an Architect and Interior Designer. She kept our whole family on tract.
She was such a beautiful soul. She was full of light and love. She loved positivity. She set goals and worked hard to accomplish what she set out to do. She was brilliant. She mothered her friends and family. There wasn't anything she couldn't do. Madi was a crafting queen. She loved to cook, crocheting, art, her family and her dogs.
She is greatly missed. The world is poorer without her. She would have accomplished great things.
We are having a private service and a private memorial at a later date.
