Marie Bowen Newton returned to her Heavenly Father and loved ones who have passed on before her on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the age of ninety-four. After a hip fracture, she failed to regain her previous remarkable good health. M Read Obituary
It was a privilege sharing in some of the final hours of Marie. Thanks to the family for allowing our caregivers to be a part the end of the last chapter of Marie's life.
Marie , such a special lady, beautiful inside and out, I love her very much, and rejoice for her now to be with her family who have gone before and with her beloved Heavenly Father and Savior, whom she served so well. It has been a special part of my life to be counted among her friends, we had wonderful experiences together and much fun, she taught me well by her example, and I'm grateful to know friendships in The Lord are eternal,I look forward to sharing her sweet spirit again. Many thanks to her lovely family who always made me feel so welcome on my trips across the ocean, you are wonderful and a credit to her, how well you loved and cared for her,she loved you all so much.
