Mario Ricardo Palacios' Obituary
Mario Ricardo Palacios, lovingly known as “Ricky,” was born on April 26, 1996, and passed away far too soon on April 25, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories with those who loved him deeply.
Ricky was full of life, strength, and authenticity. Known for his fiery spirit, honesty, and unforgettable personality, he lived boldly and never hesitated to speak his mind. His passion for life was reflected in everything he did, especially in his love for autobody work, where he worked alongside his uncle, developing skills and pride in his craft. Ricky found great joy in the kitchen, where his love for cooking and passion for trying new recipes brought countless delicious meals and cherished memories to his family.Ricky was an attendee of Cottonwood High School, and throughout his life, he continued to work hard in construction, always dedicated to providing
Above all, Ricky was a loving son, devoted to his mother, Clara Palacios, and his kids (dogs) Akila,Veto, Chapo and Draco and (cats) Vanessa and Chico, always making sure they were cared for and supported. His love for family & dogs was unwavering, and his loyalty to those he loved will never be forgotten.
Ricky is survived by his loving mother, Clara Palacios, siblings, nieces, newphews, countless family members and friends who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
He is now reunited in eternal peace with his beloved grandmother, Maria Guadalupe Palacios Calzada; grandfather, Jose de Jesus Palacios Cervantez; and brother, Flabio Gomez Palacios.
Ricky’s presence, love, and spirit will live on through all who knew him. Though he may be gone from this world, he will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
A celebration of Ricky's life will be held on May 3 2026 at 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Premier funeral services 67 East 8000 South Salt Lake City Utah
Mass will be held on May 4th at 11:00 at St Peter and Paul 3560 West 3650 South West Valley Utah 84119 followed by burial at Mt. Calvary catholic cemetery
