Marjorie Jean Hart Clark passed away peacefully surrounded by family March 17, 2018. She was 92 years old. Born October 9, 1925 in Long Beach California daughter of M. Norman Hart and Edna A. Larson.
Marjorie grew up in Naples Long Beach California and Snowcrest Mt. Baldy San Bernardino, California. She attended Brigham Young University from 1946 to 1949. Marjorie was on the woman's ski team and was a founding member and first president of the BYU Cougarettes.
On August 11,1947 Marjorie married Rand Hone Clark (Deceased) in the Salt Lake LDS temple.
They had four sons, Rand David (Deceased) Brad Norman, Cary Ray and Douglas Lyman. Marjorie loved little children and enjoyed over 30 years as a kindergarten teacher in Southern California. Following the 1994 Northridge earthquake they moved to Pinebrook Park City Utah. In 1998 Marjorie and Rand served an LDS mission to the Historic Sites of the Rochester New York Mission.
Marjorie is survived by three sons Brad, Cary, and Doug, 16 grandchildren
31 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the Hidden Valley 3rd Ward Building, 11755 South Highland Drive, Sandy, Utah where a viewing will be Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and prior to services on Saturday from 11:30 to 12:45 pm. Interment at Holladay Memorial Park.
