Mark Wayne Heydorn's Obituary
Mark Wayne Heydorn, 53, passed away suddenly, July 18, 2025. Mark was born December 1, 1971 in Prescott, Arizona, a son of William L Heydorn, Jr., and Mary Linda Crose Heydorn. When he was 4 years old, his family moved to Layton, Utah, and later moved to Clinton.
Mark was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He had many job experiences, including doing fencing and electrical, and installing stereos. He loved camping, music, and playing the drums. He was a special person who would help anyone who needed it. If he didn’t know how to do something, he would read about it and then he could fix it.
Mark married Carie April Campbell on October 10, 1997. They lived in North Salt Lake and had two daughters, Kelsie Lynn and Brynley Belle Heydorn, who were his whole world.
Mark was preceded in death by his sister Shanon Marie Heydorn. He is survived by his daughters, his parents, his sister, Audra Heydorn Milligan (Jeremy), his brother, Clark Mahaffey, and two nephews.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 16, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Clinton Stake Center, 1288 W 1300 N, from noon–2 p.m., followed by the dedication of his grave at Clinton Cemetery at 3 p.m.
