Mary Esther Phillips Ouellet's Obituary
Mary Esther Phillips was born on Easter Sunday April 8, 1928 to Richard and Mary Phillips in South Gate, California. Mary graduated South Gate High School in 1945 and married Albert Carle Palm Jr. on August 29th, 1947 whom preceded her in death August 26, 1962. She remarried in 1969 to Victor Rene Ouellet and divorced in 1977. She is survived by her children Kathleen Marie Moses, Gary Allen Palm and Dwain Gardner Palm, two grandchildren Cheryle Ann Hatch and Michelle Marie Mietchen. She has four great grandchildren Brittany Marie Everton, Brandy Lee Davila and Marlee and Kylee Mietchen. Mary passed peacefully New Year’s Eve December 31, 2020 at 3:40 PM. Cheryle and Michelle were by her side the last hours of her life. Mary will be cremated per her request.
