Matthew Jack Hamilton – 8/16/66 – 10/28/18
We are truly devastated by the sudden loss of our husband, father, son and friend; Matthew Jack Hamilton. Matt left us all way too soon on October 28th, 2018. Born August 16th 1966 in Salina, Kansas to Ronald Hamilton and Jane Gordon.
Matt was a hard worker and lived his life to the fullest. He loved his children beyond anything in this world. Matt married his first wife and had 3 beautiful sons, David, Jordan and Nathan. They later divorced. Matt then met and married his wife Elizabeth on November 9th 2002. Together they had 2 daughters, Shelby and Grace and twin sons, Johnathan and Jack. Matt loved the outdoors and served for a period of time as a fire fighter the forest service. He was a framer by trade but was recently working for a powder coating business. He loved to camp, fish and just be in the mountains. Matt was an extremely talented artist and created great works of art. He was even trying his hand at sculpting as of late. Matt was always willing to help and wanted to give money to anyone who asked. He had a great sense of humor and a wonderful laugh. When he smiled you smiled. He loved to all about all things religion and wanted to learn all he could.
Matt is survived by his wife Elizabeth, sons: David, Jordan and Nathan, daughters: Shelby and Grace; his mother Jane, step-father, Tim; brothers Tony, Mitch (Mandy) and Luke, sister: Janie (Rodney) and numerous family and friends. Matt is preceded in death by his father Ronald, sons Johnathan and Jack, father-in-law Gerald and many other family members.
