Funeral services held 7pm, Monday, December 12, 2011 in Provo, Utah. Graveside services and interment will be 1:30pm, Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at the Spring Grove Cemetery in Medina, Ohio with a viewing at the cemetery one hour prior to services.
