MERIANIS (Bunny) LARKIN
August 9, 1942 – August 28, 2016
Merianis (Bunny) Larkin passed away peacefully in her sleep in the arms of her Heavenly Father, Sunday August 28th, 2016 in Bountiful Utah. She was born August 9, 1942 to Terry Larkin and Saara Nickerson in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She truly loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Merianis loved to read and play Mahjongg on the computer. Merianis is survived by her daughters and brother, Terry Larkin, Los Altos, Ca., Joyce Wade, West Valley City, Cathy Kimber, Clearfield, and Ula Pereia, Richfield, 5 grandchildren, and 2 great grand-children. Merianis was preceded in death by her mother Saara Nickerson, Father Terry Larkin, Brother Bill Larkin, and her oldest daughter Kristie Matheson.
She attended Phillips Junior College and became a Notary and Paralegal. She worked for the Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office starting as a records clerk then being promoted to dispatcher and crime analysis.
She was a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints. A memorial service will be held at the Bountiful 58th ward at 200 N. 200 W. at 10am. A family luncheon will be held after services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Children’s Miracle Network.
