Michael Lynn Boone passed away May 9, 2018 in Syracuse, Utah. Born July 5, 1948, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Melvin Boone and Betty June Kendall. Married Joy D. Boone in the Salt Lake Temple.
Mike’s passion in life was being a bounty hunter and watching his grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow. They would bring smiles to his face every time he saw them. Mike always had a positive attitude and out look in life even when he was sick. He loved being a jokester and would always play jokes on people. He had a very special relationship with his daughter Sherri.
Mike and Sherri would like to thank Dr Natalie Sanders, DO, Anne Wagner of the New Choice Waiver Program, Raintree Assisted Living and all the wonderful staff there, and Adagio Hospice for all their loving tender care in Mike’s final hours.
Mike is survived by his children, Ranee Jaquier, Evelyn Cooledge, Mike Boone (Delys), Sherri Dawson (Brian), David Boone, Heather Jensen, and Johnny Boone; siblings Boyd and Judy Garrick, Robert and Kae Garrick, Mike and Kathy Bailey, Bonnie Jean Campbell, and Shelly and Heinz Kopp; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin Boone and Betty June Kendall, and Raymond Garrick.
Funeral services will be held privately as per Mike’s wishes.
Mike will be truly missed by all who loved him.
