Mike, I'm sorry neither of us took the time to get to know each other better. But, we have all eternity to do that. I look forward to meeting you, again, soon. I am glad for the little bit I know of you. You suffered much from your illnesses but I never heard from anyone that you complained. Your attitude seemed to be, "just deal with it"!
