Hello, Sorry to hear Mike passed. This was him taking me to a school dance. I'm Cindy Evans.
I remember Mike most as being "The Neighbor on the corner." Growing up, our neighborhood was divided with LDS Ward lines making Mike and Kathy in the other Ward. As a child, Mike was ALWAYS kind and gracious to me. As an adult, he has been exactly the same! I'm saddened to hear of our loss, and my love goes out to all who loved him! He will be missed.
He was a counselor in the singles ward that I attended for a little while and he was a good man
Mike was our Bishop while we lived in the Meadow Heights Ward. His kindness and constant desire to serve others is something I will always remember. May The Lord bless your family throughout this difficult time you are apart...the reunion will be sweet!
I had the privilege of being Mike’s supervisor for a few years at the Humanitarian Center. He was a great job coach and a good friend. He had a positive impact on many and will be greatly missed. John Yancey
Mike’s daughter married a son of mine. Not only did we gain a daughter-in-law, but I gained a good friend in Mike. He was an incredibly wise man with a natural gift for kindness, forgiveness, and integrity. He was a true family man and I am blessed to have known him.
