Michelle Hasna's Obituary
Michelle Hasna passed away March 9th, 2023 at the age of 60.
She was born February 11, 1963 to her Lebanese parents, Alfred and Lillian Hasna.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Blake Gee.
She had three beautiful children; Brayden Jones (Arvie), Justice Gee and Audrey Dara Novo.
She is survived by her eight siblings, Albert Hasna (Barb), Sharon Riedel (Mike), Al Hasna (Janet),
Linda Pedersen (Ray), Charlie Hasna (Yvonne), Susan Pearce (David), Kathy Stone (George) , Kristi Burn
(Rich) and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both her parents.
Michelle went to beauty college right after high school and spent her career doing hair.
She loved barbering and worked at the barber shop on 700 East and 800 South for many years.
When her health got so bad that she had to stop working, she spent her time in her garden with
her two dogs, Tolstoy and Sammy. No matter how sick she was , she would always answer the
phone with a happy voice and asked how the caller was and what was going on in their life. She had a
knack for talking about the good old days and would bring up happy times from her childhood.
Later when she could no longer go outside, she would watch the show Charmed on TV, her favorite show, and spend time with her kids.
A celebration of Michelle’s life will be held at Murray Park, Pavilion 1, on Sunday May 21st, at 12:00 p.m.
