I loved Shelley dearly. She was a light on this world and her smile always made me feel happy.
Shelley was such a unique neighbor and a fun addition to The Boulders. My first encounter with her wasn't a good one... but as I got to understand her struggles... I had the privilege of knowing the Shelley that everyone else knew and grew to love her as well.
You are home... rest in peace. Your neighbor and friend; Janalou... or as you called me....Janalee
Shelley always needed a ride somewhere. sometimes when I got there the ride was needed by one of her friends. she always offered to pay me.. but we never collected. She was always generous. with her time and with her friends and family help. she was so proud of everyone. she was full of love and you knew it.
Shelley loved everyone and she loved the guys in our family especially her cousin Randy to his embarrassment. but she loved everyone to the max.
Shelley stayed with me and wanted me to come have lunch with her every day she introduced me to everyone at the clubhouse every day that I went. like I was someone important!
She always bragged about BRAD and what he was doing. and wanted all to see. Brad she loved you so much and was so proud of the man you have become. and the father you are. I can just imagine her with that baby girl. she was probably sampling heaven when holding her in her arms.
Shelley was pure love. if someone hurt her she forgot fast and she was in love again. I tried to caution her in life a few times. She could not hear me. she ignored me or said they had a reason for what they did. then she would shrug her shoulders and say 'OH Well' like it would not matter.
Shelley, I only met you once while visiting your sister and my sister friend Claudia (Laudi). You made me chuckle out loud and gave me the warmest hug hello and goodbye. I pray you continue to give everyone the biggest belly laughs for in that is nothing but true joy which is ultimately who you are! Always with love, Tina
I always love the smile that Shelley would share with us all. She had so much love to offer us all. Will miss you sweet cousin!!
This picture makes me laugh all the time, dropping off Shelley at her favorite job, collecting money for kids for Christmas,at the Smith's.
Shelly always had a smile and a laugh, she made people smile! Although it has been many years, sharing memories of her, with Cladia, made us smile. To her family, always remember her unconditional Love and good times, you were lucky to have her and she was lucky to have you! Celebrate her and know I am sending you all Love and Prayers!❤️ Gina Cloward Knuteson.
Walt and family,
