Mikeal Wall's Obituary
Husband, father, brother, son, friend, hellion. These were some of the titles that Mikeal Wall attained during his life. Mike left this earth on March 14, 2025 after many years of courageously battling brain cancer.
Mike was born on October 24th, 1979 to Dan and Debbie Wall. He grew up loving nature and the outdoors. Mike enjoyed playing baseball and soccer and loved sharing these experiences with others. After completing his associate’s degree in Biotechnology, he fearlessly flew to Italy to expand on his curiosity in science. Upon his return, he continued working in the life science field in Utah. It was during this time that Mike met the love of his life, Jaclyn Jacobsen Wall, as they worked together at Research Park.
On April 28th, 2012, Mike and Jaci married. A few years later, they moved to Idaho for Mike to pursue his Masters degree in Plant Biotechnology. Together, they welcomed two sons, Liam and Kade. Mike loved being a husband and father. One of his favorite things to do was to go on family hikes and share his love of nature with his young family.
Mike was resilient in his battle with cancer and lived life to the fullest. When the cancer returned, Mike and Jaci stood together in resolute strength to fight again. His tenacity and spirit shined brightly through the pain; his love for his family never faltered. Mike will be remembered for his strength, his love of his family and friends, and for his kindness.
Mike is survived by his beloved wife, Jaci and their two sons, Liam and Kade. He is also survived by his parents, Dan and Debbie, and several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. Mike is preceded in death by his brother and grandparents.
