My condolences to the sweet Eck family. I have fond memories of the old Stockton days and Sister Eck will always be a part of those. Although we know where she has gone, it's still hard for those left here. My love and prayers are with you.
When we met Sis Ward when we moved to Stockton in 1982. She was the beautiful wife of our stake Patriarch. Never did I see her without a smile on her face and treating everyone with grace, warmth and love. She was a gentle person who made a difference in many lives. I'm sure she is having a blessed reunion with all her loved ones. Thank you Midge for the life that you led that was such an example for us!!Our condolences to the family.9
Midge and Joe Eck introduced my parents to the church shortly after they lost their two year old son. That was back in the 50's. There is a special place in our hearts for these two beautiful, amazing people! Because of their sweet testimonies, kind hearts and willingness to share with my parents at such a difficult time,we have been able to enjoy life as members of the church, be sealed as a family for time and all eternity and experience all of the wonderful blessings of the gospel. Our thoughts and prayers are with those Midge has left behind and our joy for her as she is reunited with her loved ones. Thank you Midge for kindness that changed our lives forever!
