Mindy K Davis, Age 39 Passed away
On February 15, 2019 in American Fork, Utah.
Her parents are W. Leon and Carolyn Davis. She was the youngest of 3 girls in the family.
When Mindy was 3 years old she could whistle and do wheelies on her tiny 2 wheel bike. She was very intelligent and could memorize movie parts and commercials before she was 4.
She enjoyed preschool and went to Shelley Elementary school in American Fork. In 1988 her family moved to Orem and she went to Windsor Elementary School, Canyon View Junior High, and Timpanogos High School.
Mindy had an amazing smile, a big heart and a carefree spirit. She enjoyed going camping with her family in their trailer all over Utah every weekend. She had a wonderful sense of adventure. She loved riding a 4 wheeler and hiking. Mindy enjoyed going to Yellowstone, Disneyland and Canada. Her favorite place was Pole Canyon in Nephi Canyon.
Mindy loved animals very much her favorite dogs were Jade, Pebbles and Harley.
She loved her family and friends, she would do anything for anyone. She had such a joyful caring personality. Mindy was fun to be around and enjoyed making people laugh.
She had the most contagious giggle ever to be giggled.
Mindy said many times that the most wonderful part of her life was having her daughter Willow, age 10. She loved her more than words can say.
Her favorite job was working for the Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake City.
Mindy loved learning about astronomy and could tell you about every star in the sky. She was so excited every time a new planet or star was found.
She enjoyed rock collecting, camping, looking at the stars, hiking, watching movies, playing with her dogs and reading.
Mindy is survived by her daughter Willow age 10, parents Leon and Carolyn Davis, sisters Shelley and Kristy and families. She is also survived by her grandfather Wendell Davis and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Mindy will be missed by her family and friends who loved her very much.
We know we will meet Mindy again joyfully on the other side. We love you to the stars and back Mindy.
Mindy wanted to be cremated. She will be buried in the Orem City Cemetery at a later time.
