Nadra Marlene Manning's Obituary
Nadra Marlene Manning, 80 of Pleasant Grove Utah passed away Feb. 24th 2019.
Nadra was born in Great Bend, Kansas on July 12th 1938. She grew up there and enjoyed staying on her grandparent’s farm playing with all of her many cousins. Her Family later move to Grand Junction Colorado. She eventually landed in Utah where she started working at the Daily Herald where she met and married her first husband Dale Turkel, soon to be widowed at the young age of 19. Years passed and she had a blind date that led to her marriage to Donald Bert Manning and her two children in the late sixties- early seventies. They later divorced. Nadra had several jobs outside the home she enjoyed, Nortons grocery store, Fred Meyer. Her favorite hobbies were craft drip and drape dolls, sponge painting and shopping. You could always find out about any celebrity from Nadra she loved the tabloid magazines. She will be missed by her children and grandchildren; we never have enough time before we need to say goodbye.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children Kami(Clover) and Todd Manning. Many grandchildren Kinzi Manning, Kacee Manning, Zalei and Preslie Clover and 3 great grandchildren.
A service will be held on March 9, 2019 at the Stake center 548 south 500 west, Lehi Utah 6:00 pm with light refreshments.
