I met Nancy and her family, when they still lived in Tooele. I was 16 at the time, and spent the Summer living with them. I used to watch her beautiful children....Mikey, Christine, Angie, Stacey, Teresa Be Bop, and JoJo. Nancy is the one that got me into collecting antiques, as she opened a thrift store...The Brown Barn. She got me hooked! I'm still doing it, after all these years. My condolences to her family. May she rest in peace...

Nancy was an inspiration to me from the first time I met her! We shared a lot in common....a love for Rush Valley, country living, beautiful creations from old things, antiques, visionary ambition, friendship, love for heritage, family, and beautiful settings....a place I could share with my children and grandchildren through the years. I'll be forever grateful for her preservation and creation of my Grandfather Edwin Johnson's two story cabin on her site.
