Bob and I sent a card and it was returned. We don't know if you have moved from South Ogden. The card said: We were saddened when we read of your loss. Nathan appears to be a wonderful person and we are sure it will be very difficult for your during this tender time. We hope you will be blessed by your faith and love of the gospel.

in honor of Nathan.

Nate was my childhood protector from the day we made fast friends at the playground of Marlon Hills Elementary School. He was my anti-bully who made sure other kids at school wouldn’t bother me. We studied karate together and I leaned so much from him. I love him dearly and was offering love and support as often as I could from a distance. And despite working in the field of substance use and mental health I have found Nate’s sudden passing to to simply rock my existence over the last few days. I always looked up to him even when it seemed he devoted his attention to girls, and I couldn’t follow along as my path was laid out to be so very different. But even with me being gay, he never made me feel unsafe. I know the challenges he suffered through and the fact that he was able to survive just a few more years, the pain of life seemed to be too much. Nate I love you. Fly home and be welcomed worthy and whole into the arms of Love.

Offering our most sincere condolences to the entire Fowers family and praying for the comforting influence of God’s kindness and love to be with all of you as you mourn the passing of your beloved Nathan.

We will always remember his quiet acts of service in cleaning the church, greeting us as we entered meetings and strengthening us with his heart felt testimony of the Savior.

I knew Nate in high school and he was the nicest person to me. My cousin Rocky and I used to hang out with Nate amd had a lot of fun times!!. I remember your “swift” talk spotted and it makes me smile in remembrance Nate. We haven’t spoken for years but you were a smile in my memories during that time and I hope you are in a good place.
