Nathan Frederick Pascoe's Obituary
Nathan Frederick Pascoe, a cherished soul known for his kind, loving and caring personality, left us unexpectedly and peacefully on August 29, 2024, at the age of 38, at his residence in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Early that morning, the clouds lifted and Grandpa and Grandma ushered him to heaven.
Born on December 1, 1985 at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California, Nate lived a life filled with passion and care towards others.
He is survived by his parents, Ernest Fredrick Pascoe and Mary Ann (Larsen) Pascoe. Forever remembered by his sister Kayleigh (Brown) Pascoe and brother, Kurt Pascoe and his dog “B”.
His canine companion for 16 years, Hennessey (she is walking with him now), was his soulmate and is forever loved, she was always at his side no matter where he went or what he did.
Nate graduated from Alta High School in 2004, where he developed an appreciation for learning and excelled in his studies.
Nate loves animals and experiencing God’s creation – the great outdoors, whether it be the Wasatch Mountains, Sierra Tahoe National Forest or the Pacific Ocean, these are the places he feels most at peace.
He is a spirited soul who took on many passions, which included hiking, camping, kayaking, paddleboarding and boogie boarding.
What he looked forward to each year are the Pascoe family reunions at Yuba River, a time he was grateful to connect with family members.
Nate is a private and quiet person, yet strong willed and stubborn at times – but he also has an enormous heart and is generous and loyal.
He is a shining example of how to think and care for others, a value that is central to his character.
He loves listening to music and lives by The Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Nate’s most commendable accomplishment is that he is an incredibly gifted painter. It gives him joy, solace and a sense of pride. His skill in installing wallpaper is the best of the best, an exemplary talent.
Nate is a kind and generous soul, who will forever reside in our hearts. His legacy, exemplified by his compassion for animals, children and mankind, will continue to inspire and guide us. As we struggle with the loss of his physical presence, we find solace in knowing his spirit lives on through the love he instilled in us.
He is now sailing on a journey to shores that we cannot see, we know that he is free of pain and floating peacefully with in crystal-clear turquoise waters of his dreams.
