Nina Danielle Flynn (Wilson)'s Obituary
Nina Danielle Flynn (Wilson), 47 of Roy, Utah, passed away on March 10, 2025, due to complications regarding renal failure.
Born on September 25, 1977, in Ogden Utah to Jack and Sue Wilson. Nina graduated from Green Valley High School in Nevada. Later in life she went on to pursue her education and became a lab coordinator at Ogden Clinic which she enjoyed.
Nina met the love of her life at age 14 and on July 12th, 1997, she married her high school sweetheart, John, and went on to have 4 beautiful children.
Nina was known for her kindness and generosity and never turning down an opportunity to help others. She may have had 4 biological children but was known for welcoming many other kids into her home. In 2007, Nina found out she was in stage 4 kidney failure and about 7 years later, she received the call that she would be getting a donated kidney. Nina did not let her health get in the way of life and really tried to get out and enjoy. She loved spending time with her family and looked forward to the summers where they were able to enjoy the lakes on their boat. One thing she would advocate for would be to consider checking yes on being an organ donor.
She is survived by her husband John of 28 years, Mackenzie, Skyler (Gracie), Carson (Arianna), Ryleigh, and two beautiful granddaughters Ronan and Everleigh. Nina is also survived by her sisters Lisa Maze (Mike), Melanie Gibson (Jeff), Carol (Gary), Motherin-law Tami, and father-in-law Rusty. She was preceded in death by her mom and dad Jack and Sue Wilson, her sister Heidi Marie, nephew Colton Lewis and other extended family members.
Services will be held Monday March 17th, 2025, at the LDS church located at 4775 S 4875 W West Haven, Utah 84401.
