Omah Jane Nelson's Obituary
Omah Jane Nelson, age 78, of Fruitland Utah, passed away March 9, 2024, Surrounded by family after a valiant fight with a lung disease.
Omah was born May 4, 1945, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Leif Monta Greco and Rachel Peterson Greco.
Omah married her best friend and love of her life Wallace O Nelson Jr. on August 1, 1962.
Omah worked several years for JC Penney, In the accounting department responsible for the
daily deposits, checks and balances. Earlier in life Omah and Wally managed several gas station the Nelson’s owned.
Omah loved life she loved being with her children and grandchildren, she loved reading stories to the grandchildren when they were young. She loved the outdoors, fishing, and spending time at their cabin.
Omah is survived by her children, Kelli Lynn (Kent) Riding, Wallace O Nelson III. Six grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
Omah was proceeded in death by her Husband Wallace O Nelson Jr, Her Parents and one Brother.
Memorial Services and Visitation, Friday Mach 15, 2024. Visitation 9:30 to 11:00 am Funeral Services 11:00 am, Premier Funeral Home. 67 East 8000 South Midvale, Utah.
