Pamela Ferrin's Obituary
Our loving mother, grandmother, and sister, Pamela Ferrin, passed away suddenly in the arms of her daughter while being surrounded by her closest family members on March 27, 2023. Pam was born November 2, 1964 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Lynda K Schmich and Paul J Schmich.
Pam loved the outdoors and was very athletic in her younger years. She especially loved the beach and the ocean. Her favorite places to visit were the coasts of California and Oregon, and Pam often spoke of the joys she had and the experiences gained during her participation in the Outward Bound program mountain climbing expedition in the summer of 1986. She was a talented sketch artist and loved drawing early Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto as a pastime.
Although Pam was diagnosed with a long-term illness, it never stopped her from being kind and loving. She loved spending time with her daughter and grandchildren, and anyone who knew Pam would say that she had the biggest heart. Despite her limitations, Pam would do anything she could to help someone in need, no questions asked, and sometimes to a fault. Her beauty was unquestionable, both inside and out. She will be greatly missed.
Pam is survived by her brothers, Paul Schmich and Kevin Schmich, sister, Sherry Ritch, daughter, Amanda (Sam) Throssell, grandchildren, Alexis Hess, Allie Hess, Race Hess and Ashley Hess She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Lynda K Schmich and father Paul J Schmich.
Funeral services will be at 5:00 pm, Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Premier Funeral Services, 5335 South 1950 West ~ Roy, Utah with a viewing to begin at 4:00 pm.
