Patricia Norma Bird Crane's Obituary
Patricia Norma Bird Crane 1946-2017
On Saturday, August 26, 2017 Pat Crane passed away peacefully surrounded by her family after a valiant battle with a short term illness. Beloved wife of Ray Crane, devoted mother to daughter Kim (Jim) Rayburn and son Jason (Kari) Crane. Loving grandmother to six grandchildren, Tyson (Rylee) Bird, Colton (Jessica) Bird, Braydon Bird, Karson Crane, Maddie Crane, Jesse Rayburn and two great grandsons Easton Bird and Keaton Bird.
Pat was born in Payson Utah to Robert G. Bird and Violet Wayne on December 10, 1946. She married the love of her life Ray Crane on January 22, 1965 in Springville, Utah. They enjoyed 52 years of marriage together. She was a beautiful woman inside and out and was loved deeply by her husband, children and grandchildren. She took much pride in her home and loved gardening in her yard; she had a love for animals and her many dogs throughout the years. Her greatest pleasure was time spent with family. She was loved deeply and will be sorely missed.
A special thank you goes out to all the staff at Timpanogos Regional Hospital ICU for their loving, gentle care and support. She never wanted her family and friends to grieve; instead she wanted them to celebrate the time they shared together. A celebration of life will be held in her memory at a later date for family and friends.
