Patricia Alice Ross' Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Patricia Alice Ross. Pat died unexpectedly at home on July 1, 2024 in North Ogden, Utah at the age of 74.
Pat is survived by her siblings, Rick of Virginia Beach, VA; John (Barbara) of Palm Coast, FL; Ed (Jody) of Harpers Ferry, WV; Chris of Palm Coast, FL; and Dave (Dawn) of Melbourne, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Joan of Palm Coast, FL. and siblings Ken of Atlanta, GA and Dennis of Wheaton, MD. Ken is survived by his husband Patrick and Dennis is survived by his wife Anna.
Pat was born on June 1, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY. She was a 1968 graduate of McLean High School in McLean, VA and received a degree in data processing from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Pat was employed by NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. Pat excelled at sports in school and played competitive softball for many years. She was a talented guitarist and loved music. She fell in love with Utah and made many friends there, especially her Silver Sneakers group at VASA fitness in North Ogden. She considered them her second family.
Pat was the only daughter in a family of eight children and was fiercely independent, extremely intelligent and wickedly funny. Pat loved her family and friends deeply and will be missed dearly.
