Pearl Helen Cook
January 24, 1929 ~ February 28, 2018
Pearl Helen Cook, 89, began her heavenly life with Jesus peacefully on February 28, 2018. Born the 10th of 11 children to German immigrants, she graduated WSU with a teaching degree, and her Masters specializing in Special Education.
She loved teaching children to read, and spent many years teaching grade school in Ogden City School District. She loved Gods Word, and her last handwritten words were Yes, Jesus loves me.
She is survived by her children: Carolyn Thomas of Ohio; Catherine (Dominick) Guida of Eden; and Jonathan Cook of Texas. She had eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, James Cook.
HER LIFE TOUCHED MANY OTHERS AND WILL GO ON FOREVER. Your presence we miss, your memory we treasure, loving you always, forgetting you never.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2018, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Canyon Road Assembly of God Church, 1390 Canyon Rd., Ogden. A second service will be held in April in Cincinnati.
