Phil R Evans' Obituary
Phil R Evans, age 74, passed away November 17, 2019 in Orem, Utah. Born November 15, 1945 in Provo, Utah to Ernest Leroy and Shirley May Phillips Evans. Phil grew up in Provo, graduating from Provo High School in 1965. Married Linda Prows (later divorced). Phil worked at American Fork State Training School for 27 years.
Phil is survived by his son Raymond Brady Dirker Evans; grandsons Orion Kirtis Evans Prows and Remmington Evans; great grandson Jacob Roy Mills; siblings Ron (Sheila) Evans, Janice Jiron, Sharon Rasmussen, Danny Evans, and Ray Evans; many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 27, 2019, at the Evergreen Cemetery, Springville, Utah, 1997 South 400 East.
