Phillip Warner Boatwright's Obituary
Phillip Warner Boatwright, age 64, passed away on July 16, 2024, in West Jordan, Utah. Phillip was born October 26, 1959, in Mesa, Arizona to LeRoy and Ramah.
Phillip married the love of his life Laurie Lyn Boatwright on February 7, 1987.
He graduated from Tamales High School in 1978 and proceeded with a bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix in computer Science and worked as a Software Engineer.
Although computer software filled his day, Phillip had a great love for theatre and the art. He acted and sang in numerous plays and events for the various communities he lived in throughout his life. Phil was an imaginative and fun-loving friend, husband, father, and grandfather. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife Laurie Boatwright, his children Heather Dawn Collier, Jennnifer Marie Miller, Kara Janell Griffiths, Laurissa Lynn Jensen, Mariah Taylor Jones, Natalie Mae Boatwright and 7 granddaughters and 4 grandsons.
Friends and family are invited to attend the viewing Friday, July 26th at 10:00 am with the funeral services following at 11:30 am. This will take place at the LDS chapel 2161 West Grays Drive, Lehi, Utah. Interment will follow at the Lehi City Cemetery.
